Here’s what you can expect from us:

Please let us know if you need your trophy delivered by a specific date (e.g. for someone’s leaving party or birthday) and we will do our very best to make sure you receive it in time.
Sometimes packages do go astray or get delayed, so please get in touch with us if your trophy hasn’t arrived within the timescales listed above.
You will be required to pay for return shipping costs
All engraved items are only returnable if faulty.
If your engraved trophy is faulty, you must inform us within 3 months of its purchase and provide a description of the fault. We will then send you a replacement trophy at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Standard Trophies (Non Engraved)
We’re so confident that you’ll be delighted with your Trophy that you’ll have no need to return it.
However, In the unlikely event of you not being entirely satisfied with a standard trophy, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. We require you to return the standard trophy undamaged in its full original packaging. We will then refund you in full for the cost of the product.
Trophies Damaged In Transit
Sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If your trophy arrives damaged, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt and supply a photo of the damage. A new trophy will be dispatched to you – along with a return SAE for you to return the damaged trophy.
